Register for the Winter 2024 Tree Planting Days!

 

Come and join us on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December to help plant 1800 trees at Long Lands Common.

No experience or expertise necessary, we'll have Stewards and Rangers on hand to help you plant trees that will grow tall for hundreds of years to come.

​

We'll be starting at 9.30am each day and finish at 3pm with refreshment breaks as needed.

Feel free to come at any stage between these times, and join in as much as you wish (encouraging cheers do count as participation!).

 

Please bring your own food and drink, and wear suitable working clothes - strong footwear and layers to keep you warm and dry.

We have a supply of work gloves, but you may like to bring your own.

There is a single basic toilet on site.

 

Bring a spade if you have one, but don't worry if you don't have one, we'll also have a supply to share about as well.

 

We can provide hot tea and hotter coffee... if you bring a mug!
